The Arise Grace Estate is located at the heart of the Uyo Capital City Development Zone on a 32 Hectare land straddling Ikono and Ibiono Ibom Local Government Areas. It is a 5 minutes drive to the Dakkada Skills Acquisition Centre (DASAC), Ikot Ada Idem and a 3 minutes drive to Idoro Road, Uyo, Local Government Area.

Frequently Asked Question

To qualify to participate in the Selection Process, a prospective participant   must  be an Employee in the Public Service of the Government of Akwa Ibom State whose appointment have been confirmed, and within Salary Grade level 01 to 08

A prospective participant who has satisfied the criteria shall register and purchase an Expression of Interest Form in the sum of N30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Naira) only, (non-refundable fee) online via www.housing.akwaibomstate.gov not be more than seven (7) days before the date slated for the Selection Process.

The Grace Estate is fully fenced and gated, with a functional security post, well linked to the existing Police Stations around the Estate for 24/7 connection and surveillance
